Form-A-Feed Stewart Plant Celebrates 1,000 Days Without A Lost-Time Accident

Form-A-Feed is celebrating a significant milestone of 1,000 days without a lost-time accident at their Stewart, MN location.
Form-A-Feed strives to uphold a safety standard by following OSHA’s safety and health program management guidelines. Accomplishing 1,000 days without a lost-time accident demonstrates a commitment to creating a culture of safety for every employee. The group includes around 100 employees including 15-20 drivers. The plant crews run the mill in Stewart 24 hours per day, 5 days a week, seasonally, and on weekends.
Form-A-Feed celebrated the milestone by treating the employees in Stewart, MN to a steak breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
“We want to celebrate every day how our team works safe, and we have no injuries,” explained Jarvis Haugeberg, Form-A-Feed Vice President of Operations. “This has become our culture, and we really wanted to celebrate the milestone of 1,000 days. We are looking forward to continuing this trend.”
