Position Objective:
The Administrative Coordinator – Pricing & Nutrition is expected to meet the qualifications as outlined below. In this position, you will assist to fully capitalize on the coordination between pricing and nutrition providing functional and administrative support. You will work in close cooperation with the nutrition, pricing and quality teams, assisting in cross-departmental data support and regulatory compliance and system management.

Reporting:
This position reports to the Vice President of Pricing & Nutrition
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the nutrition team in new item creation and bid file maintenance providing document creation and retention
- Provide ingredient maintenance through managed SDS library support and ingredient documentation
- Provide nutritional support for new product registrations
- Assist nutrition team in innovation project management support
- Assist in cross-team regulatory support through unit of measure and packaging type system updates
- Provide nutritional and quality support through ingredient sample test execution
- Assist nutrition in formatting new product labels and updates to the label system library
- Assist in cross-team pricing roll-ups, exporting data and verifying accuracy.
- Assist the nutrition team in monitoring, updating and providing necessary follow-up to the case management system coordination process.
- Assist in the price roll-up and price list maintenance requirements.
- Provide support in the creation and maintenance of customer contracts, monitoring expiration dates and communication timelines
- Support integration efforts with newly acquired companies within nutrition, pricing and quality strategies.
- Execute price verifications between customers service, operations and pricing
- Additional projects required or requested by the Vice President of Nutrition.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or related field, or two (2) years practical experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a team setting and one-on-one meetings
- Technical and computer related skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and industry software
- Basic understanding of finance and operations
- Related experience in ERP system management (NetSuite, QuickBooks Pro, Great Plains)
- Comprehensive understanding of merchandising, quality assurance detail and inventory management
- Knowledge and experience with supply chain management
- Analytical skills and a strong customer service mindset
- Analysis of risk, risk management with strong decision-making abilities, negotiating experience a plus
- Ability to work across multiple locations and communicate effectively in a virtual work environment
- Ability to work and office in Stewart, MN.
