For over 30 years, Form-A-Feed, Inc. has served the
livestock industry by bringing new ideas and concepts to the
marketplace. A family-owned business, now in its third generation,
Form-A-Feed employs over 100 people in manufacturing, sales and
marketing, and research and development.

Development. We believe the key to
continued growth is to develop products that address the specific
needs of the industry. Our team of Nutritionists, Veterinarians and
Specialists recommend TEN products (Timed Event Nutritionâ) to address periods of time where
nutritional support is most needed. By using the TEN approach,
critical stages in livestock production can make a dramatic impact
on operation profitability.

Meeting the
nutritional needs of animals using natural products.
Our research and experience have shown that animal health can be
improved by providing animals with the right nutrients at the right
time using natural products. By using natural products,
including many that are all-natural, to maintain
and encourage good health, livestock profitability can increase and
animal health can improve.

Expanding
competencies to additional market segments.
Our ability to create specialty products to meet the specific
nutritional needs of animals allows us to develop products for new
and existing market segments. Recent additions to the product lines
include rehydration products for working and sport dogs, all-natural
fertilizers for golf courses, and a full-line of microbials for
livestock.

Quality in
manufacturing. In January 2007, Form-A-Feed started
producing feed in its newly completed facility located in Stewart,
MN. Using food grade technologies and automated manufacturing
processes, the new plant produces consistent and high quality
products.

Safe Feed/Safe Food. In February 2009, Form-A-Feed's
Stewart, MN facility became certified under the AFIA Safe Feed/Safe
Food Program. By participating in the program, Form-A-Feed
demonstrates our pledge to food safety and enhancing consumer
confidence in the products we provide.
All products manufactured in our
Stewart, MN location will be produced under the guidelines outlined
by the AFIA Safe Feed/Safe Food program. Products manufactured under
the guidelines will bear the official program seal.
Form-A-Feed, Inc. in Stewart, MN holds valid
certifications under the
American Feed Industry Association’s Safe Feed/Safe Food Certification
Program.
Form-A-Feed and its
affiliates offer a diverse product line including micros, base mixes,
premixes, concentrates, minerals, complete feeds, specialty products,
ingredients, boluses, low-moisture tubs and water solubles. Each
business offers unique product lines to meet the needs of its customers.
